Return & Refund Policy

At Auras Couture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Returns

Items may be returned within 7days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, products must:

Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your order and place a new one.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
